Saccharomyces boulardii (SB) is a non-pathogenic and shelf-stable probiotic yeast that supports a healthy gut microbiome by fertilizing friendly bacteria and crowding out the bad ones. It can survive stomach acid and bile en route to your intestines. SB helps neutralize bacterial toxins, increases beneficial short-chain fatty acids, and improves gut barrier function. It has also demonstrated the ability to modulate gut immunity, reduce pro-inflammatory responses, and kill Candida.

Bacillus coagulans is a shelf-stable, spore-forming bacterial species that naturally exist in the intestines. B. coagulans is used for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), constipation, Crohn's, Ulcerative colitis (UC) and is also suitable for SIBO.

FIBREGUM™ (ACACIA GUM) - 2.5g

Fibregum™ is a proprietary form of the prebiotic fibre known as Acacia Gum, ethically sourced from Africa and clinically shown to promote the growth of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus levels better than other common prebiotics like inulin. It also helps stimulate the production of postbiotic short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), such as butyrate, which supports gut barrier integrity.

SUNFIBER® (PHGG) - 2.0g

Sunfiber® is an extensively researched proprietary prebiotic fibre sourced from guar beans. ORGANIC GREEN BANANA RESISTANT STARCH - 1.5 g

Green Banana Resistant Starch helps promote a healthy gut microbiome. Resistant starch is a complex carbohydrate prebiotic food that resists digestion in the small intestines. There are four types of resistant starch, and Green Bananas are exceptionally high in type 2 until they ripen. The type 2 resistant starch passes through the small intestines to the colon, where it ferments. Directions:

Once daily: blend 1 scoop (10g) into 200mL of water, juice or smoothie.

For best results
