Black seed- also called black caraway, black onion seed and black cumin comes from Nigella Sativa, a plant native to southwest asia. Our high strength black seed oil is extracted by crushing organically produced seeds at lowest possible temperature (cold pressed) to retain maximum nutritional value. The main active ingredient is thymoquinone- an antioxidant with anti-inflammatory, anti-allergy, and immune-supporting properties.
Pure Black Seed Oil has a golden brown colour. The extraction process used to root out oil from the seed is a key determinant of the purity of the oil. Black Seed Oil which is exposed to excessive heat and crushing during this process will yeild dark, blackish colour end product. Bulk Super Foods Black Seed Oil is extracted using cold-pressed method without subjecting the black seeds to heat at slowest possible speed and packed in UV glass bottles to prevent oxidation and rancidity.

Black seed oil can be ingested or applied topically. If you are going to consume it, we recommend taking 2.5ml (half tea spoon) twice a day. It can be taken neat or added to food. The most common method of consuming back seed oil to mix it with raw organic honey. For external application, we recommend diluting black seed oil with a carrier oil like coconut oil.

For all orders over $99, shipping is free within Australia. Placing an order Step by Step
